Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years of development. Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs for children - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development - Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records - Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement curriculum plans - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care -

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Experience: - Previous experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Leadership skills to guide and supervise assistant educators or volunteers - Valid driver's license (if required for off-site activities) - Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education We offer competitive pay rates commensurate with experience.
