Full Job Description

  • To assist in the development of an efficient & highly successful sales and Lettings team with strong core values

  • Handle daily applicant enquiries and manage all systems efficiently

  • Arrange viewings with prospective buyers and tenants

  • Personally drive the sales and Lettings process, seeing sales through from winning the pitch to completion

  • Liaise with clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner

  • To promote the Safe and Secure brand amongst our target client base and locally with key local influencers.


    • · Be a point of contact for ongoing client care

    · Effectively market and promote properties for sale and to let

    · Have a thorough understanding of the offer process

    · Be confident putting offers to vendors

    · Have experience in sales progression and follow sales through to exchange and completion

    · Seek to build the sales and Lettings business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities

    The Person
  • Experience of circa 2 years with proven residential sales & Lettings

  • Self-Motivated

  • Knowledge of Washington and Houghton area

  • Target and goal driven individual

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-presented, be a good communicator and articulate

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial

  • An excellent ability to build rapport
