Full Job Description

37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint an Estates Manager to be responsible for the management and development of facilities and services that support the core business of The Blue Coat Community to ensure that the most suitable working environment exists for all students, staff and visitors.

The postholder will have direct line management responsibility for the Estates Team Co-ordinator, will work closely with service contract leads and support senior leaders in planning, particularly in relation to the entire Blue Coat School estate, using best practice to improve efficiency and reducing operational costs.
