You will be responsible for co-ordinating the scheme at Horfield Leisure Centre, which involves motivating, advising and encouraging clients with varied medical conditions and abilities to participate in sports and physical activities. • Be Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified


• Have experience in delivering referral assessments linked to the NICE guidance


• Have the ability to motivate and support customers making enjoyable visits


• Have excellent communication skills promoting equality and diversity


• Be able to work independently and manage own work load, achieve targets and support the team


• Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members
