Experience Barista / Bartender with Cocktail-making experience

· Prepare and serve all coffees, teas, cocktails, drinks, and wines ensuring drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.

· Serve food orders alongside the drinks.

· Demonstrate excellent customer service and maximise sales.

· Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work area at all times and follow start-up and shut-down procedures.

· Monitor stock and assist with ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.

· Flexible and willing to assist in other areas if necessary.

We are seeking a skilled Barista / Bartender with cocktail-making experience to join our friendly Front of House team at a busy hospitality outlet in Prestwich.

You will be responsible for greeting customers and taking their orders, preparing, presenting, and serving your products and delivering outstanding customer service.

This will include making specialty coffees, teas, alcoholic drinks and cocktails, along with serving food.

You will have great product knowledge, be able to effectively maximise sales and be fundamental to controlling the costs in the department.

If you have experience working in a fast-paced Front of House environment and enjoy creating tempting cocktails, we would love to hear from you., · Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender and Cocktail Maker is ESSENTIAL.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail.

£11.54 an hour - Permanent, Full-time, To be discussed at interview, 3 - 5 shifts per week across the 7 days of the week, on a rota.

Flexibility to work extra shifts when needed.
