Experienced Retail Car Sales Executive - Full Time

At Luscombe's we are proud to be different! We believe in empowering our Sales Executives to stack their own deals, manage their own workload- and the best thing is, we pay you for everything you sell!

We believe in remunerating our people for every pound they make for the company, this is why we pay sales executives for: finance commission, add on products, accessories chassis profit, trade profit, and for every video or used car advert you publish to our website. We also pay all staff a quarterly bonus based on the overall success of the business once you have completed 6m service.

We are all about giving the customer a great experience. To this end, we employ proper customer-centric staff, prepare our cars to a high standard (every used car leaves the dealership with a minimum of 12m service/MOT), and we keep things as straight forward as possible.

In simple words, we employ grown-up professional car sales people, offering them an environment to grow and earn, whilst having a good time.
