Full Job Description

To ensure all new installations are completed on time and to specification

To ensure all service work is carried out promptly and fully completed

To deliver outstanding customer service as measured by customer feedback and site audits

To ensure customer filters are changed and Clean Air units are serviced in line with the customer's contracted requirements

To attend services in line with customer requests including work inside and outside normal working hours (evening and weekends)

To respond to and resolve any faults or breakdowns in the most efficient and safe means possible

To keep customers informed of work that has been carried out and ensure follow up where it's appropriate

To observe at all times both Zehnder Health and Safety standards but also to comply at all times with customers procedures including site inductions and the use of appropriate PPE

To complete a record of all servicing and installations using Zehnder's online systems

To ensure that Zehnder's equipment is well maintained in good condition across the customer base and to report any issues or concerns where they may arise

To pass customer feedback onto the appropriate Account Manager including new sales opportunities

To ensure appropriate PPE is maintained, available and ready for use at all times

To keep the assigned company vehicle in good condition, clean both inside and out and to report immediately any damage

To attend internal meetings both within the UK and abroad as required

To attend training as required and to be proactive regarding self-development

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers in the North of England., Extensive UK travel will be required for this role including nights away based on the assigned work, paid travelling hours door to door

Previous experience in a Service delivery role is essential

Must be comfortable working at heights to install and service our Clean Air units

To ensure a level of satisfaction for Zehnder Clean Air Solution's UK Customers

To service Zehnder's Clean Air equipment for customers across the UK and Ireland

To install new Zehnder Clean Air equipment for new and existing customers across the UK and Ireland
