Full Job Description

This is a UK wide hybrid role. The Fire & LSS Compliance Manager is a very important, challenging and rewarding one. The primary objective of the role is to proactively support the Head of Fire & LSS, Fire Delivery Managers and the SECOM Senior Management Team to ensure Compliance is maintained and monitored across all Fire and Life Safety Systems, from design to delivery to maintenance.,

  • BAFE & ISO9001 Accreditation

  • Auditing of Install and Service Managers and Engineers, Fire and LSS designers, sites and systems

  • Pre and Post-Order tech reviews

  • Staff training

  • Lifecycle approach to ensure compliancy and quality

  • Create and maintain compliance based documentation and processes

  • Monthly compliance reports

  • Oversite of operational compliance and delivery

  • Ensure that CRM records (inc. diaries) are maintained promptly and accurately

  • Proactively research and identify new compliance standards.

    Comprehensive understanding of BAFE and ISO accreditation process

  • Extensive knowledge of BS5839 Part 1 and knowledge of BS5839 Part 6, BS5266 and BS9999

  • Good organisational and planning skills

  • Self-motivated, and focused

  • Solution and compliance driven

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
