You'll be responsible for aligning with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, while delivering inspirational customer service, maintaining operational compliance, and executing strategies that enrich our customers' lives through unrivalled interactions with Samsung products.,

• Assistant Manager Support: Deputise for the Assistant Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.


• Shift Management: Handle key holding and general shift management to keep things running smoothly.
