FOH Team Member

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with cleaning duties as needed

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team.
