Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in various settings, including home care and care homes., Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and support services.
- Help patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient information and care plans.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

Experience in home care or similar settings is preferred.
- Ability to drive to different locations as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members effectively.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic health records.
- Proficiency in English language for clear communication with patients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with care plans and patient documentation in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a care home environment is advantageous.,
