Full Job Description

Support the development and delivery of the Trusts Health and Wellbeing framework, with a specific focus on improving the health and wellbeing of staff through Health and Wellbeing programmes and interventions. Support the development, administration and delivery of Health and Wellbeing activities, providing advice and guidance ensuring that the Trust follows current best practice in terms of Health and Wellbeing programmes. Support the development and evaluation of wellbeing and health improvement activities. Measuring, evaluating and understanding the effectiveness of activities by supporting detailed workplace wellbeing audits and surveys, analysing the results and developing needs-specific services. Prepare regular data reports, analysing data as required. Collate findings and draft reports from audits and surveys and ensure that key points are fed back to team members as required. Analyse information and check progress against agreed targets highlighting where improvements may be
required Assist in identifying issues and themes which would be of relevance to the team from a data / research perspective carrying out desk top research on key issues as required. Build an understanding of the health, wellbeing and engagement agenda and keep updated on all issues/areas of knowledge relevant to the post. Maintain a Wellbeing database to ensure accurate records and the appropriate storing of information of all Health & Wellbeing activity including safe storage of sensitive/confidential information obtained as part of the TRiM work. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to ensure that all project deadlines and ambitions are met. Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the Trust based on mutual respect and civility. Deal with enquiries to the Health and Wellbeing team exercising judgement when dealing with enquiries to signpost and support staff as needed.
