IFA Administrator - Team Leader

Lead the Operations team in providing administrative support to the business; processing new business, being a main point of contact for clients and providers, building relationships and rapport.

Direct and oversee the Operations team members to make sure daily operations are undertaken in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner upholding rigorous customer service levels. Optimising service work flow standards, systems reporting and interrogation.

Primary duties:

• Handling new business & client servicing operations implementation work


• Interacting with clients and product providers/platforms via phone and email


• Updating and maintaining client records


• Producing internal reporting and supporting compliance function


• Supervising other operational employees; monitoring quality & productivity, supporting their task management and work flow; training, mentoring and KPI reporting


• Compliance: ensuring quality recording of information, document check lists, case spot checks, vulnerable clients etc


• Complaint handling; identifying & investigating including liaison with the platform/product providers


• Provide user support across the business and for clients
  
  Ideally you will have:


• Experience working in an IFA environment


• Experience with platform providers Transact & Aviva


• Experience in managing a team


• Excellent customer service skills


• Excellent MS office skills


• Good telephone, email and communication skills are essential


• Experience maintaining client records in a software system


• Ability to manage your time and organisational load


• You will be tenacious, have great attention to detail, good product knowledge, be systems orientated with good mentoring skills
