Full Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a freelance IT Support Technician to work with us at our head offices in Reddish.

The successful candidate will;

  • Deploy software, creating user groups and operating system policies across the entire IT network.

  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, network, and application components of the IT system

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues

  • Documenting processes, as well as ensuring proper and secure storage, backup and retrieval of data

  • Replacing and upgrading outdated or defective components

  • Identifying and implementing new strategies for optimal computer system operations

  • Enforcing security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches

  • Documenting internal processes for achieving optimal performance of computer systems

  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.


  • ensure sales, service and standards in your store are maintained and exceeded and be the face of our business on the high street. You'll use your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products to achieve your KPI's and exceed our customers' expectations. You will ensure that customer experience and sales standards are the main focus and you will support with maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented store. Within the company structure, store sales assistants will report to a store sales manager and will work alongside sales assistants and other store managers when necessary.

    Support and manage the next phase of the E-Cig Store growth: translating the vision for the business (To have enriched & prolonged the lives of our customers by being recognized as the leading trusted retailer for safer nicotine products, whilst gaining endorsements from healthcare institutions) into workable but aligned practices and policies.

    Our mission - to accelerate societies transition to access healthier nicotine containing products through unique & knowledgeable experiences.

    Core responsibilities

    - You'll make sales and deliver an excellent customer experience to every customer.

    - You'll understand your KPI's and work to achieve and exceed them.

    - You'll monitor stock levels and report any concerns and feedback to your Regional Area Manager.

    - You'll support your Regional Area Manager in training new starters when necessary.

    - You'll ensure customer service and sales standards are maintained in your store and ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do.

    - You'll report any maintenance, health and safety and security concerns to your Regional Area Manager efficiently and in a timely manner.

    - You'll pass on customer complaints and feedback to the Regional Area Manager where necessary and in a timely manner.

    - Actively support and highlight promotional activity and seasonal offers within your store and educate customers on new products.

    - Attending training and meetings and ensure you participate fully.

    - Be supportive of any changes within the business; including store opening hours, seasonal promotions and supporting in other locations.

    - You'll participate in marketing and promotion of your store and the brand within the local area. You will have an awareness of competitor activity within the local area.

    - Covering across the region when necessary; supporting during peak periods, holidays and promotions.

    - You will support the execution of displays and promotions in your store in line with company expectations.

    - You will ensure the store is clean, tidy and well presented at all times.

    - Responsible Shop targets £ & ATV.

    Demonstrable experience in working in a retail shop or similar role, preferably in the vape or similar industry.

    - Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, drive sales & upsell, and achieve revenue targets.

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    - Knowledge of vape products, trends, and regulations.

    - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

    - Passion for the vape industry and staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
