Full Job Description

Auto4 specialises in the supply of tyre equipment and consumable products to the tyre industry, whether that be car, commercial or earthmover.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Key Account Support Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to our key accounts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Reporting into the Key Account Director you will be doing the following:

  • Ensuring our key customer accounts are provided with an exceptional level of service and support.

  • Monitor orders and backorders and liaising with warehouse and purchasing to ensure these are actioned promptly.

  • Liaising with main contacts and responding to queries in timely manner to strengthen, enduring relationships with our key accounts.

  • Identifying issues and resolving them quickly, make others aware of the issues and potential solutions.

  • Responding to queries/requests of key accounts, highlighting to Key Account Director where required and implementing changes where and when necessary.

  • Updating B2B, website and emerging digital technologies. Ensuring all accurately reflect business and customer requirements, are up to date and represent the company in a professional way.

  • Supporting Key Account Director with marketing materials and requirements required for social media and marketing of mailchimp promotions.

  • Supporting key accounts who require marketing materials, and monthly sales promotions

  • Continually supporting key accounts and liaising with other departments to ensure returns/warranties, backorders and service requirements are actioned in timely manner.

  • Ensuring accurate records of key accounts is kept up to date, contacts, logins, approvers, budgets, pricing, van kit data.

  • Processing key account orders that are outside of the B2B where approved and necessary.

  • Ensuring invoices are actioned in the appropriate manner for key accounts.

  • Any other duties required to ensure our key accounts are fully supported.


  • The role is site based working 08.30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday from our Didcot office.
