Kiosk Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager you will be extremely passionate about food and leading people from the front!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Your role will include:

1. Making customers happy by providing excellent service in a friendly but fast paced environment.

2. Providing motivational leadership to the kiosk team

3. Ensuring business is financially strong.

This will be done by:

· Orders/Deliveries/Storage: drink stock, non-food materials and food.

· Kitchen Operations: manage all kitchen processes, orders, deliveries, set up/prep and equipment.

· Set Up: ensure that the schedule is completed each shift.

· Service Delivery: ensure that standards of service and physical presentation are delivered effectively.

· Cleaning: manage the cleaner in their work.

. Achieve target sales/profitability and customer satisfaction through the effective management of Stock Control

· Meetings: with supervisors and team leaders.

· Staff Recruitment, Staff Rota Setting/Reconciliation

· Staff Training and Assessment, Appraisals

In General Manager's absence · Assists Assistant General Manager in completing weekly routine activities of all items above

• Food preparation: 2 years (preferred)


• Hospitality Management: 2 years (required)
