Labourer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in different weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Duties:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed

- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and leveling

- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members

- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus
