Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our team. The Lettings Manager will be responsible for overseeing the rental of residential properties, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring properties are occupied efficiently. Responsibilities:

- Manage the letting process from advertising available properties to signing

- Conduct some property viewings and provide information to potential tenants

- Screen prospective tenants by reviewing applications and conducting background checks

- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and maintenance staff

- Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
