Management Accountant

We are looking for a confident, part qualified Management Accountant to join our Financial Reporting, Management Accounts team. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the preparation, development and analysis of key financial information enabling our company to make well-informed decisions regarding stability, growth and profitability.

What you will be doing in this role

· Preparation of management accounts for a subsiduary and assisting in other UK subdisiaries.

· Consolidation of other UK&I entities in Group format as required.

· Input in preparation of management accounts for other group companies on ad hoc basis.

· Presentation and review of UK customer profitability reports, as required.

· Preparation and presentation of other financial data as requested.

· Partner within different areas of the business as required.

· Daily sales reporting for UK.

· Assitance with group budgeting process.

· Assistance with annual subsidiary audit.

· Periodic provision of cover for other members of the management accounts team during key projects where required.

· Responsibility of assisting in the internal audit function for UK.

· Assistance with implemeting corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls identified.

· Assistance with monitoring and evaluation financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.

· Part-qualified in ACCA/ACA/CIMA with intention to complete the qualification.

· Significant, demonstrable experience in a finance role.

· Confident and effective communicator at all levels of a business.

· Good general understanding of IT systems and ability to communicate effectively to resolve technical problems.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Highly proficient in Excel.
