At Bristol Street Motors Ford Shirley we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us!

We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £60,000 depending upon expereince, plus company car and and excellent range of company benefits.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a New Car Sales Manager, with a focus on promoting Electric Vehicles (EVs) and guiding our customers through the transition to sustainable driving.

As the New Car Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the electric revolution, inspiring customers to embrace cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly driving solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective buyers, educate them about the benefits of EVs, and facilitate seamless transitions from traditional combustion engines to electric power.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with customers, addressing their questions and concerns about EVs with enthusiasm and expertise.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and confidently communicate the features and advantages of our EV lineup.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and preferences of each customer, providing personalized recommendations and guidance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

  • Drive Results: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting EVs and maximizing conversion rates through persuasive communication and exceptional customer service.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices, exchange insights, and collectively drive the success of our EV sales initiatives.

    Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Passion for sustainability and a strong belief in the benefits of electric vehicles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of energy and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.

  • Knowledge of EV technology and familiarity with the EV market landscape is a plus., You will need to have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
