Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. What will you be doing?

Below are some examples of what our service users may need your support with as nurse:

  • To provide a high standard of direct nursing care to service users based on comprehensive assessment of care and health needs in consultation with the service users, their relatives and other professionals.

  • To continuously evaluate the quality of care given and regularly reassess the needs of service users in consultation with the service users, their relatives and the care team and to effect change required to achieve planned goals.

  • Administer and order medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Liaising with professionals and other members of the wider care team.

  • Care planning and implementation of person-centered care plans

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

  • To work closely with other members of the care team, ensuring that effective high-quality care is given and to achieve planned goals, giving direction to care staff where needed

  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will join a supportive team that is committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence within nursing care home environment.

    All we ask for is someone who is compassionate, has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Above all, you'll be passionate about ensuring our residents have received the best care possible. You must hold a valid NMC registration.

  • Proven experience as a Registered nurse essential

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

  • Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
