Full Job Description

Provide office admin support to:

  • Business owner

  • Log sales

  • Accounts

  • Assist with project management

  • Designated reporting and assistance with the owner, including weekly updates

  • Liasing with contractors and making appointments

  • General admin including filing, photocopying and answering the telephone

    Proven office admin support ideally within a rural business

  • Good communicator with all members of staff, customers includind log sales and tenants, plus external contractors.

  • Good skills with relevant software including Microsoft office word and excel. Experience of Xero accounts package would be a bonus.

    Competetive salary and package

  • £12.00 per hour

  • Up to 20 hours per week Monday - Friday (flexible to fit in with applicant)

  • Please note that we are not on a bus route so a own transport is essential.
