Full Job Description
Provide office admin support to:
- Business owner
- Log sales
- Accounts
- Assist with project management
- Designated reporting and assistance with the owner, including weekly updates
- Liasing with contractors and making appointments
- General admin including filing, photocopying and answering the telephone
Proven office admin support ideally within a rural business - Good communicator with all members of staff, customers includind log sales and tenants, plus external contractors.
- Good skills with relevant software including Microsoft office word and excel. Experience of Xero accounts package would be a bonus.
Competetive salary and package - £12.00 per hour
- Up to 20 hours per week Monday - Friday (flexible to fit in with applicant)
