Full Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join the team covering the Homelessness and Modern Day Slavery Services Nationally.

The Homelessness and Modern Day Slavery team provide accommodation and support to people who have been victims of Modern day Slavery & Trafficking, and help them re-integrate into the community.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that all data held on Modern Day Slavery systems is accurate and consistent, so that colleagues can access the information they need at the right time.,

  • Ensure Modern Day Slavery service data is accurate

  • Ensure compliance with relevant external body regulations, service level agreements and timescales

  • Carry out full range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service

  • Implement and adhere to internal and external policies and standards

  • Continuous self-development to ensure knowledge and skills are relevant to the service

  • Actively support the vision, philosophies and values of the Charity

    Qualified to level 3 or equivalent in an appropriate subject or willing to work towards

  • English and Mathematics GCSE Grades A-C


  • Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience of working in a management information system office / administration environment

  • Experience of collecting, maintaining, processing and analysing large quantities of data

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word and Excel Skills and abilities

  • Competent in the use of spreadsheets and database processes

  • Experience in taking minutes of the meeting

  • Ability to deal with new IT applications

  • Ability to meet deadlines, organise and prioritise tasks

  • Good communication skills - written and verbal, Certificate of Higher Education (required)


  • Experience:
  • administration (recent): 2 years (required)

  • working in a management information system office: 2 years (required)
