Full Job Description

To post holder will provide a full and comprehensive data quality administrative support including filing, scanning, entering data quality and data correcting support based on business intelligence reports. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reviewing data quality and entering information within the patient administration system (PARIS) in line with Trust policies and procedures. The post holder will be expected to provide personal assistant support to the Senior Leadership Team within the Manchester Care Group, providing diary management, preparation of documents, organizing of meetings, preparation of agendas, power point slides, and minute taking, Audit trails.

The post holder will have line management responsibility for managing administration assistants within the team, including planning workload and effective resource allocation for specific tasks within the team. The postholder will be responsible for the co-ordination of the validation of all reports coming into the service in regard to data quality and data completeness, which will include correction or escalation of information in line with performance indicators, as appropriate. The postholder will also undertake general office duties including the taking and typing of minutes, reports, other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing.,

  • To be the first point of call for the Senior Leadership Team within the Manchester Care Group. This will include supporting with diary management, organising of meetings, responding to emails and telephone enquiries.

  • To forward plan meetings, workload deadlines and conflicts in the diaries ensuring that these are all covered.

  • To communicate with all levels of the organisation with a professional and positive attitude, demonstrating our Trust Values.

  • To utilise Microsoft office packages to a high standard producing minutes, agendas, letters, templates, excel spreadsheets.

  • To take minutes for meetings as requested.

  • To be able to manipulate data on excel spreadsheets to present this in a readable and understanding format.


  • To be able to analyse data and identify problem areas that require DQ attention and escalation to the Senior Leadership Team.
