Full Job Description

Are you a skilled painter and decorator passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join our team at BCHA, where we support homeless individuals by providing them with comfortable and safe homes. We are currently seeking a dedicated Painter and Decorator to assist in planned works aimed at ensuring our customers have welcoming and comfortable living environments.,

  • Perform painting and decorating tasks in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.

  • Select appropriate materials and colors for each project.

  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

    Proven experience as a painter and decorator, with a strong portfolio of previous work.

    Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required.
