Responsibilities

  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure Companies House compliance.

  • Support seamless corporate transactions and provide timely reminders.

  • Assist with incorporations and ensure legal obligations are met.

  • Spearhead audit responses and provide expert guidance on Companies House matters.
