Full Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Inventory Clerk to join a property management and concierge company. The ideal candidate will have residential property inventory experience. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels, is trustworthy and reliable.

Job Specification

  • You will have full responsibility for managing a portfolio of high-end London properties

  • Regularly inspect assigned properties

  • Organise and oversee property repairs and maintenance

  • Property inspections

  • General property management duties

  • Business development to help grow the business and generate leads

  • Diary Management

  • Large degree of autonomy and reactive problem solving

  • To be available 24/7 in case of property emergencies
