Full Job Description

  • Proactively dealing with customer requirements both over the telephone and face to face.

  • Checking deliveries from suppliers are as expected and in good condition.

  • Work alongside the service department to ensure technicians parts needs are met.

  • Occasional parts deliveries and collections.

  • Stock control and ordering of parts from various manufacturers.

  • Ensuring the parts department and showroom are kept clean and tidy and parts properly located and replenished.

    The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the agricultural industry, specifically farming machinery.

  • Willingness to work independently and as a team player in a practical environment.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone are a necessity.

  • Computer literate with a willingness to learn our bespoke business management system.

  • Prepared to go above and beyond using own initiative.

  • Full UK driving licence., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
