Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint an excellent Pastoral Support Officer, who will play an integral role in ensuring the well-being, safeguarding and attendance of all pupils within our school community. You will work alongside our DSL as a Deputy DSL.

Our two schools have been serving the Gorleston community for many years. In December 2016, we became Wroughton Infant and Junior Academies - part of Creative Education Trust, which provides us with many opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues from other schools. Our two school buildings are connected, and we function as an all-through primary school.

Our hard-working staff team educate children between the ages of 3 and 11 years. We are lucky to have an exceptionally large site, with plenty of outdoor space for children to explore, learn and develop.

The school is well-resourced, and we provide an inclusive education for all the children in our care. Through our high expectations, we strive to ensure that children have the knowledge, understanding and skills to be confident and successful.
