Full Job Description
Tasks: 45 mins AM Call (9:30-10:30) to support with transfer, all personal care; 7 days a week to support with bathing, drying, all personal care tasks, getting dressed, applying creams and skin care as needed.
30 mins Night call (17:30-18:30): To support with all night routine: 7 days a week to support with bathing, drying, all personal care tasks, getting dressed, applying creams and skin care as needed.
Client diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Scoliosis, Type 2 diabetic.
Moving and handling: Client uses a manual wheelchair. There is a floor lift, ceiling track hoist and level access shower.
