PIA National Coordinator

CityFibre is changing up the UK's digital infrastructure, but your ability to manage a brand-new PIA initiative is key to driving this mission forward. As part of a growing team, you'll be changing it up by using data to create process improvements and automations to improve KPIs. As our PIA National Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for all data and will manage, maintain, improve, and implement all system and procedural updates provided by Openreach. We're looking for someone to be a role model for the team, helping them develop, progress and work towards unleashing Britain's Full Fibre future.

What will you bring to the role?

We're after someone with an understanding of PIA and usage for 3rd party providers. You'll be comfortable communicating with a wide range of individuals with varying levels of understanding of the PIA product. The ability to present policy changes internally and externally to the organisation is essential. You'll love numbers and have great reporting skills and the knowhow to build and manipulate dashboards to display key information.
