Full Job Description

We are looking for a Candidate Placement Coordinator to work in our Bristol office. This is a diverse and exciting role and will enable the individual to develop and learn new skills while working in a sociable environment. The Candidate Placement Coordinator will identify and co-ordinate the placement of Early Years and Teaching Assistant apprentices in various different settings.

  • Main Duties
  • Book and undertake screening interviews with potential apprentices

  • Identify and co-ordinate vacancy opportunities for the potential apprentices. This will be done by using the existing teams within the business and by making outbound calls to different settings.

  • To grow and maintain relationships with candidates within the market

  • Relevant admin tasks

  • Follow up on leads/enquiries

  • Ensure new employers are aware of the expectations of hiring an apprentice.

  • Set up procedures and processes amongst internal and external stake holders.

  • Attend external events to promote apprenticeships.

    A strong communicator (written and verbal) an excellent telephone manner

  • Be professional

  • Effective remote worker

  • Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise.

  • Be competent using MS Word, Excel.

  • Be open to change - actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs for the team.

  • Motivated self-starter.

  • Tenacious and confident.

  • Goal driven.

  • Time management and organisational skills

  • Hold a full driving licence and have use of a car, Are you happy to make outbound calls to employers we may not already be working with?

  • Do you have use of a car and hold a full driving licence?


  • Experience:
  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
