Full Job Description
We are looking for a Candidate Placement Coordinator to work in our Bristol office. This is a diverse and exciting role and will enable the individual to develop and learn new skills while working in a sociable environment. The Candidate Placement Coordinator will identify and co-ordinate the placement of Early Years and Teaching Assistant apprentices in various different settings.

- Book and undertake screening interviews with potential apprentices
- Identify and co-ordinate vacancy opportunities for the potential apprentices. This will be done by using the existing teams within the business and by making outbound calls to different settings.
- To grow and maintain relationships with candidates within the market
- Relevant admin tasks
- Follow up on leads/enquiries
- Ensure new employers are aware of the expectations of hiring an apprentice.
- Set up procedures and processes amongst internal and external stake holders.
- Attend external events to promote apprenticeships.
A strong communicator (written and verbal) an excellent telephone manner - Be professional
- Effective remote worker
- Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise.
- Be competent using MS Word, Excel.
- Be open to change - actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs for the team.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Tenacious and confident.
- Goal driven.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Hold a full driving licence and have use of a car, Are you happy to make outbound calls to employers we may not already be working with?
- Do you have use of a car and hold a full driving licence?
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
