Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on our project at RAF Brize Norton. You will be responsible for all allocated commercial and contractual matters on site and should be able to effectively manage an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver the project.

  • You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).

  • Adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor.

  • Experience in managing NEC forms of contract.

  • Experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor.
