Property Manager

Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
- Manage and coordinate tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors and contractors
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Conduct market research to stay informed about rental rates and trends
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and property management software is a plus
