Full Job Description

  • Ensure the channel manager is updated with all communications relating to the property.

  • Set up inspection visits with directors

  • Take messages/calls from guests reporting maintenance issues and liaise with directors

  • Raise work orders with appropriate local contractor for works to be done, monitor and check

  • Respond and manage calls and emails

  • Track maintenance and cleaning jobs

  • Upon receipt of invoices, cross reference these with work orders and authorize these with directors

  • Monitor compliance tasks and arrange inspection Gas/EPC/electrical as and when due.

  • Check guests have paid before check-in day

  • Check guests have completed all pre-arrival requirements before check-in day

  • Liaise between directors, cleaners and guests following the checkout regarding settling the deposit.

  • Respond to initial complaints from either guests or landlords regarding any property management issues.

  • Process property applications

  • List new properties on all online travel agents

  • Reference prospective guests

  • Conducting check-ins & check-outs

  • Assisting colleagues with administrative duties and issues and any other tasks

  • Support training of new members of staff

  • Update payment tracker to indicate a payout has been sent

  • Monitor reviews on booking sites and respond positively to good reviews.

  • Inform directors of any negative reviews

  • Optimize listings on online travel agents

  • Ensure gas/ electric meters are topped up

  • Collect and open post in properties, liaise with directors if letter requires action.

  • Property goods purchasing and set up of a property within the relevant timescales.

  • Carry out stock checks and purchasing

  • Carry out Laundry Inventories

  • Track compliance checks

  • Attend guest call outs or liaise with relevant call out trade

  • Assist the business with service delivery targets

  • Carry out cleanliness spot checks

  • Carry out maintenance/upkeep checks

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and excellent phone etiquette.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth., Customer Service

  • Other Details:
  • Property knowledge and/or experience would be beneficial however, is not essential due to training being provided in the beginning

  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

  • Candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.
