Putter Fitting Specialist

· To take ownership of personal development and attend monthly development meetings with the Line manager.

· To follow all company policies and procedures.

· To assist in developing custom fitting to any inexperienced staff members.

Working hours will be over 5 days, working a rota basis with colleagues, therefore applicants need to be able to work flexibly between 9am and 7pm Monday-Friday and, 9am to 5pm Saturday-Sunday.

· Golf Retail: 3 years (Preferred but not essential)

· Custom Fitting: 3 years (Preferred but not essential)

· PGA Membership (Preferred but not essential)

The role will involve other essential tasks necessary within a unique, busy golf retail facility including, but not limited to:

· Customer service administration

· Taking part in occasional promotional videos, highlighting our state-of-the-art facility

· The ability to use your own initiative to explore further development opportunities for yourself and for the business.

Scottsdale Golf are developing their industry leading custom fitting centre even further and are introducing a premium -best in class- putter fitting service.

We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced individual who can deliver specialist putter custom-fittings to our customers.

Putter fittings at Scottsdale Golf will primarily focus on premium brands such as L.A.B Golf, Scotty Cameron, Bettinardi, and Miura offering customers the chance to dial in to the finest of details to improve their putting performance.

Our new facility has been designed with an "only the best will do" approach therefore, the successful applicant will have the pleasure of working with the best facilities and technologies available to custom fitting.

· To work alongside the different sectors of the business to aid with all Scottsdale customers, not just Fit-Build-Play clients.
