Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will lead the Quality team, which consists of approximately 14 members over 2 sites. They will be involved in the implementation and leadership of Quality Action Plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be responsible for managing the quality management system (ISO9001)


• Lead and co-ordinate the Audit process


• You will be responsible for managing the non-conformance process (NCR) and will be tasked with eliminating errors for the future


• Implement Quality Management Systems across multiple sites to meet customer requirements in line with the agreed strategic and business objectives of the Company


• Collaborate effectively with regional colleagues and with Global Quality for strategic direction


• Responsible for maintaining ISO9001:2015 accreditation and reducing the number of customer complaints


• Monitor, lead and implement continuous improvement ideas into the Standard operating procedure


• Preparing, monitoring and maintaining quality reports


• Management responsibility of Quality Technicians and Engineers


• Working with the Operation Managers to improve manufacturing processes and methods


• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
  
  Previous proven experience in a similar role is essential


• Ability to read technical diagrams


• Self-Starter


• Excellent communicator


• Effective influencer of people with prior team management


• Proven leadership skills


• Good Stakeholder Management


• Degree or Diploma in Quality Management or Engineering


• Black belt certified would be advantageous
