Full Job Description

We are seeking experienced Quantitative Analyst Associate/Senior Associate (4-6 years) levels to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in private markets and play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and enhancing the firm's quantitative models.,

  • Model Development: Lead the development and enhancement of quantitative models for valuing and analyzing assets.

  • Data Management: Oversee the processing and management of proprietary data integral to the firm's investment strategies.

  • Algorithm Design: Design and implement complex algorithms for developing investment strategies specific to private markets.

  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with investment teams to provide analytical support for decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Tool Development: Create sophisticated tools for market data capture, parsing, and the productionization of quantitative models.

  • Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous back-testing and stress-testing of models to ensure their effectiveness and resilience under various market conditions.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex quantitative concepts and model implications to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

    Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in quantitative roles.

  • Education: Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python; experience with other programming languages and tools (e.g., R, MATLAB, SQL) is advantageous.

  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction, with prior experience in private markets highly desirable.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of developing actionable insights from complex data sets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Preferred Experience:

  • Previous role as a Quantitative Developer or Analyst in a private markets environment.

  • Demonstrable experience in the financial sector with a focus on quantitative analysis and strategic development.
