As an apprentice, your duties will include:

• Source candidates through various channels


• Make sales calls to potential clients


• Achieve KPI's, hit monthly targets


• Post jobs on LinkedIn - trying to find the best candidate


• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews


• Assist in matching candidates to positions


• Manage candidate database and records


• Coordinate interview schedules


• Support administrative tasks


• Ensure compliance with policies and laws


• Foster candidate engagement and communication


• Contribute to team collaboration and learning


• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism


Woring hours: 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break)
