Registered General Nurses required, Active PIN. Day's and Nights.

Leading the team in providing safe, effective and person centred nursing care / support.
Providing professional updates, advice, guidance and feedback to individual residents, relatives, colleagues, internal and external professionals.
Ensuring the safe delivery of nursing procedures.
Conducting the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individuals outcome based care.
Acting as key nurse for designated individuals.
Supporting each individual resident to meet their daily outcomes.
Registered General Nurse, registered with the NMC with active PIN.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective work relationships with both individual residents, colleagues, internal and external health professionals and appropriate others.
