Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5-7, £23,500 - £24,294 pro rata, £12.18 - £12.59 per hour plus enhancements
Hours of Work: Relief as required between 0700-2230
Main Place of Work: Various locations across the Vale
Relief as required, An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our integrated multidisciplinary team. As one of our Reablement Support Workers you will support people in their own homes with daily living tasks such as personal care and meal preparation.
Vale Community Resource Team are an Integrated service run by Vale of Glamorgan Council and Cardiff &The Vale UHB. We provide short term support and/or therapy to people living in their own home when they are first discharged from hospital or to prevent a hospital admission. Our aim is to maximise a person's independence.
