Full Job Description

We're looking for a Surveyor to join us on a full-time or part-time permanent basis, ideally based in the Liverpool postcode (L) area.

Walker Dunn is an ambitious privately owned surveying company specialising in Residential Surveys. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic surveyors to join our expanding team.

    RICS membership (either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)

  • Minimum of 1 year post RICS qualification experience or a recent Sava Graduate

  • Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria as a sponsored member

  • Technical expertise in residential surveying

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Experience using iPads and apps

  • Excellent organisational and prioritising ability

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • An ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Good attention to detail., post RICS qualification: 1 year (required)
