Full Job Description

Our New Birmingham store is recruiting for a full-time stock administrator.

Scottsdale Golf continues to be the custom fitting industry leader, offering our unique FIT.BUILD.PLAY service, enabling our customers to take home their customised golf clubs on the same day. Our Birmingham store will offer both the FIT.BUILD.PLAY service and a fully equipped golf retail experience, providing golfers with all their golfing needs.

To provide our unique service, we require an organised, pro-active individual to join our amazing team and support the store manager with all day-to-day stock control operations.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Booking in all stock

  • labelling and locating stock correctly

  • Identifying delivery discrepancies and leasing with brands to amend

  • Daily stock counts/checks

  • Answering phones - basic computer work


  • Investigate any stock discrepancies

  • Liaise with management regarding any stock issues

  • Assist customer service & queries


  • General store merchandising and cleanliness

  • Assist customers when the sales team are un-available, · To continually learn and evolve your knowledge to better the experience for our customers.


  • · To deliver the company's core principle of "obsessing over our customer's needs"

    · To work alongside the different sectors of the business to aid with all Scottsdale customers, not just Fit-Build-Play clients.

    · To take ownership of personal development and attend monthly development meetings with the Line manager.

    · To follow all company policies and procedures.

    Working hours will be over 5 days, working a rota basis with colleagues, therefore applicants need to be able to work flexibly between 9am and 7pm Monday-Friday and, 9am to 5pm Saturday-Sunday.
