Full Job Description
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients.
- Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with clients.
- Ensuring dimensions and quantities are accurately entered into the take-off document.
- Ensuring quotes and orders are accurate, costed up correctly and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring quotes are updated to Epicor.
- Responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring notes are accurate and up to date.
- Amending client quotes, as and when required, ensuring the wider team are kept up to date with any changes.
- Produce a bill of materials from 2-dimensional drawings.
- Deliver project handovers to internal key stakeholders.
- Attend initial client meetings to discuss project requirements.
- Deal with general telephone and email queries relating to estimates.
- Support with any ad hoc tasks to meet company needs.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications... - Specific experience of cladding sales would be an advantage.
- Able to read/Understand Architectural/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of viewing/taking measurements of drawings in AutoCad format would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Able to balance your own workload and support the wider team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a positive 'can do' attitude.
