Full Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team towards ambitious revenue goals. In this critical role, you will be responsible for devising sales strategies, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.,

  • Set and achieve yearly sales targets for the team and company

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales executives

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Identify challenges and opportunities in the sales pipeline

  • Continuously analyze sales data and find areas for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitions and gaps in the market

    2+ years experience in a sales management role

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker with ability to identify new opportunities

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), Sales Management: 2 years (required)
