Full Job Description

We have a very exciting opportunity to expand our pool of SIA Security Trainers. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery or Door Supervision and Security Guarding programmes, supporting, advising and motivating learners. You will also need to keep records of attendance, engagement and outcomes. Demonstrate best practice through promotion and embedding of English and Maths, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values and Prevent as appropriate into learning delivery.

  • Valid SIA license

  • Level 3 PTLLS, DTLLS or AET

  • Level 3 Conflict Management

  • Level 3 Physical intervention & PI License

  • TAQA

  • Level 3 Advanced First Aid at Work


  • Knowledge / Skills:
  • Have delivered SIA programmes previously.

  • Worked within the security industry.

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, conflict management and Physical intervention

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbally and written.

  • IT Literate

  • Strong organisational skills

  • To be self-motivated with an initiative in solving practical problems and limited supervision

  • Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our learners.

  • Work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships with internal and external customers.

    Other requirements:

  • Traveling to various centres .
