As we continue our mission to enhance safety and well-being, we are seeking a Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager to lead our efforts in promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive environment within our organization.

Reporting to the Director of People & Organisational Development, the Senior C&I Manager is responsible for ensuring MFRA delivers a progressiveand innovative approach to equality, diversity, culture and inclusion meeting all statutory and service requirements.

As the Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager at MFRS, you will play a crucial role in championing diversity and inclusion initiatives that reflect the values and needs of our diverse workforce and community. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, you will develop and implement strategies to cultivate an inclusive culture and drive positive change throughout the organization.

You will have substantial experience of working in a similar role developing equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and translating it into reality. Have the ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with many different stakeholders, internal and external to MF&RS. Be able to think creatively, originally, strategically and influence others to embrace the benefits of changes to organisational culture.
