Senior Developer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Developer to join our UK Payroll team. As part of a cross-functional scrum team, you will work alongside a team of Developers, UX, Business Analysts and Test Automation Engineers providing direction on all aspects of solution design and the development life cycle to assist in the delivery of our trusted 50 Payroll product.

The team creates software that supports 40% of UK business in paying their people. - C#
- WPF
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- Azure, AWS
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Git, Cucumber
- EF Core, SQL
- Conversant in C++/MFC

About yourself

You will have experience of guiding the direction of a software development team using technical design artefacts and a proven track record of delivering substantial milestones within the scrum framework.

You will be able to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team with a motivated attitude to continuous improvement in our software, techniques, and processes.

The following skills are essential:

- Proven track record of delivery in the Microsoft stack e.g. MFC/.Net

- Proven experience leading technical solution design.

- Proven ability evaluating technologies and practices.

- Proven ability implementing design principles and patterns.
