Full Job Description
- Provide direct care and support to children.
- Supervise residential support workers.
- Assist with planning and implementing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Promote a positive and nurturing environment.
The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to the well-being and happiness of the young people in their care and will be able to provide them with the support and guidance they need to thrive. Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural or emotional difficulties, is preferred. A Level 3 qualification and upwards is desirable but candidates with less experience and qualifications are also welcome to apply., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar role.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
Salary: Starting from £29,025 based on experience
