Service Improvement Officer

The role will be expected to:

• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and partners


• Be solution focussed


• Take the lead for pieces of work or smaller projects that support the priorities for the department


• Provide support to Project Managers and operational leads to scope, track, plan and monitor projects


• Work with a range of teams across the whole Adult Social Care Department


• Be able to provide and analyse information and data for senior managers
